We had two cross country student-athletes honored at the Autumn Sports awards Tuesday at TCOE. TCOE and the Downtown Visalia Kiwanis partnered in honoring student-athletes in Visalia who show great character while Pursing Victory With Honor. We are pleased to announce that Mt.
