Game, set, match—our varsity boys tennis team is serving up a strong season. Their preseason preparation is paying dividends as they rally to an 8-5 overall record and remain undefeated in league play at 3-0. Coaches Tobon and Barragan set their sights on taking this team to the next level, and the results are clearly in play. When asked what’s different this year, both coaches pointed to the team’s off-season commitment—putting in the work long before the first serve. From weight lifting to push-ups, core training, sprint work, and distance running, these athletes have shown true dedication. That extra effort is giving them the edge, and it’s showing every time they step onto the court.
